Dr. Sean Westendorf was very professional about his work this last time I went in for an appointment. He spoke things through in a way that was understandable to me, the patient, not just other doctors. He was very straight forward and members of his team were able to very quickly handle my needs and get me home in less time than it took me to do my paperwork.

My experience was absolutely amazing. He truly listened, acknowledged my concerns, and took the time to find the best solution for me. Even though surgery wasn’t what I wanted to hear, Dr. Westendorf clearly explained why it would be so beneficial. Rotator cuff injuries are not something to ignore or put off. He reassured me that he would be there every step of the way and made me feel confident that I’d be well taken care of.

I knew nothing about Dr. Westendorf before my appointment, just that he was available and easier to get an appointment with vs the female providers. That being said, my with him was likely the best experience I’ve had at WHC as a patient there for 15 years. He wasn’t rushed. Listened to my questions and asked my thoughts on treatment plans. He didn’t try to refer me for medication refills, etc. I hope he stays with WHC for a long time!
